Margaret M. Kent – Chairman,
President & CEO
Peggy Kent has founded, financed and operated two
publicly traded mining companies and four private
companies, and has completed over 40 mergers and
acquisitions. She has raised over $2 billion in the U.S.
and Canadian public and private equity and debt markets
to fund the acquisition and development of mining
projects in Canada and Latin America. As Chairman,
President & CEO of Royal Oak Mines she started the
company and grew it into an intermediate gold producer
with annual production of approximately 500,000 ounces.
In 1994, Ms Kent launched Royal Oak Mines’ $2.0 billion
offer to purchase Lac Minerals, a major Canadian gold
producer. Ms. Kent has received many professional and
business awards in recognition of her achievements in
the mining industry. She was a board member of Talisman
Energy, TransCanada Pipelines and Nova Chemicals, among
Canada’s largest energy companies.

William J.V. Sheridan –
Secretary, Director
Bill Sheridan has been a partner in the law firm of Lang
Michener LLP since 1970 and was managing partner from
1996 to 2002. He is an authority in mining law. Mr.
Sheridan’s practice includes general corporate,
commercial and securities law with an emphasis on
mergers and acquisitions, mining and international joint
ventures.
Richard Meschke – Vice President, Legal and Corporate Development
Richard Meschke has extensive experience in completing
acquisitions, optimizing operations and negotiating
contracts. He has been employed in the engineering and
construction industry as a senior commercial manager
where he negotiated contracts up to $100 million in
value. Mr. Meschke has held senior executive positions
in the energy industry and was Vice President of
Business Development at Amax Inc. a major metals and
energy company.

Hugh W. Blakely
– Chief Financial Officer
Hugh Blakely brings over 30 years of financial
experience, most recently Interim Chief Financial
Officer of Canadian Royalties Inc. Previously, he held
the position of Senior Vice-President and Chief
Financial Officer of Heico’s Canadian steel operations,
operating under the name of Ivaco (formerly Ivaco Inc, a
public company). During his tenure at Ivaco Inc, Mr.
Blakely held a number of senior financial positions and
worked in tandem with the Chief Restructuring Officer
and Ivaco’s financial advisors in managing the
restructuring and sale of the businesses to Heico. He
earned his Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia
University and began his career with Coopers & Lybrand
in Montreal and obtained his C.A. designation in 1974.

Adrian C. McNutt – VP Operations South America
Adrian McNutt brings close to 30 years of extensive
experience in production and management of both gold and
base metal operations. Mr. McNutt has carried out
feasibility studies, engineering design, procurement and
commissioning of plants, including the Kemess South
gold-copper mine in British Columbia. Prior to joining
Century Mining, Mr. McNutt held senior management roles
with Newmont Mining and Royal Oak Mines. He is
responsible for the Company’s exploration, development
and mining operations in Peru, including the San Juan
Gold Mine.

Fran Scola -
Director
Mr. Scola was a partner, portfolio manager and
consultant for the Shipston Group, which invests in
venture capital natural resource projects, private
equity, currencies, futures, bonds, equities and various
investment funds. Previously, Mr. Scola was a partner
and portfolio manager at Weintraub Capital Management
and a partner, analyst, and portfolio manager at
Touchstone Investments where he was responsible for
generating position ideas and research for Touchstone's
investment portfolio. Mr. Scola has also worked for
Moore Capital Management, a New York-based hedge fund
executing trades in the Asian region, mostly in bonds,
currencies and futures. Mr. Scola is a partner at LFM
Partners, a partnership with extensive investments in
the natural resources sector. Mr. Scola holds both an
M.A. in public policy with an emphasis on economic
growth models and a M.B.A. focusing on finance from the
University of Chicago.

William Lamarque -
Director
Mr. Lamarque is a co-founder of Balor Capital
Management, LLC. Mr. Lamarque’s career has been in
trading and banking. After being the General Manager of
the China Division of Jardine Matheson & Company Ltd in
Hong Kong, he became an Executive Member of the Board of
Directors of N.M. Rothschild & Sons Ltd, in London, the
principal banking entity of the international Rothschild
financial services group. He subsequently became
Managing Director of Rothschild Inc, in New York. Mr.
Lamarque has specialist experience in the risk
management of commodity positions and in commodity
research and has advised an extensive client list of
commodity producers on their major financial
transactions and exposures, including their hedge books.
He has been a member of the Comex and Chairman of the
Public Affairs Committee of the London Bullion Market
Association. Mr. Lamarque is on the board of three
privately held and one publicly traded mining company,
and President of Hanson Capital Asia Ltd.

BOARD ADVISORS
Keith Hulley – Board Advisor
Mr. Hulley is currently the interim CEO of Gabriel
Resources Ltd. and has been a member of the Gabriel
Board since 2006. Previously, Mr. Hulley served seven
years successively as President, Chief Executive Officer
and Executive Chairman of Apex Silver Mines before
retiring in 2004. Mr. Hulley has more than 40 years
experience in the mining business which includes, prior
to joining Apex Silver, Board and senior executive
experience at Western Mining Holdings Ltd. (Director of
Operations) and USMX Inc. (President/CEO).

Ricardo M. Campoy – Board Advisor
Ricardo Campoy is a seasoned international natural
resources banker with diverse industry experience as a
mining engineer and as a financial advisor. His 27-year
career in natural resource finance has included
merchant, commercial and investment banking. Mr. Campoy
has many accomplishments in the natural resource
industry sector and has been involved in project
finance, including debt and equity private placements,
and mergers and acquisitions.
